Villa Ahlvar, Kalo Livadi is overlooking the famous beach with the same name, with the equally famous beach club Solymar.

The property offers 10-12 luxurious bedrooms (depending of configuration), all with double beds. Some of the suites have their own private terrace and outside plunge pool to enjoy. Kalo Livadi has the island’s only padel tennis court, a helipad for easy access from Athens or island hopping in the Greek archipelagos and a  entertainment area with windows looking into the oversized lagoon-style pool.

Across the three floors you have spacious and sophisticated living rooms and common areas, like the state of the art kitchen that satisfies both the professional chef and the cooking enthusiast. 

The house also offers 2 pools, 2 bathtubs, and not to forget, a private entertainment area that also can be turned into a cinema style media room.

 

Close to the beach there are an amphitheater, an outdoor kitchen and a helipad for those in need. The front gate opens up to a generous parking space, the islands only padel tennis court with stadium-style seating, a gym featuring training, yoga mats and weights.
